Well, it doesn't get you the -5 magical armor and it costs 2700 less, you should remove it from the game instead of making it cost less, cuz its still pretty imba for a hero to get:
+35 Intelligence
+25 Damage
+10 Attack Speed
+150% Mana REgeneration

For just 2075!!!

I mean, just compare it to firebrand or Icebrand! Way Way better!
