Skill one: Small bug
Works perfectly fine only the descrption is incorrect

Skill three: HUGE BUG
Descreption is off
and also level 1 gives 50% evaison instead of 5%
and there is no disarm, even thuogh ifrt said that he fixed

The ulti of scout is not working . I always get this message " This is not a valid target"

scout's ultimate is working fine, try to patch it rightway and create your own game in practice to test it.
