Swift blade first skill is disarming him in retail he doesn't disarm in order to compete in late game

pls check before you posting something.

Swiftblade first skill disarmed him but the 4th level

At the 4th level he gets 50%attackspeed slow and can attack
and this is in our lan version too

But i have the feeling that the attackspeedslow doesnt affect swiftblade
he can attack with the same speed as with normal attacks
