Zephyr's 1st skill-Why not to cooldown both when any of them is used?Like the way it is you can pull  the guy, rotate Zephyr and use  to pull him again, it will move like 800 range, and doubles the damage caused.That's why.
Because it's not that easy to do. You are welcome to try though.
Or something else you could do is lower the damage for the skills (so the total of both skills casted is same as the original amount), and lower the range? =)
If you noticed, the Cooldown is already DOUBLED...
