Finally, after many months of balancing and skill fixing the new and now stand alone Dota Heroes pack is ready!

By installing this pack you will be getting 14 Dota Heroes in full retail quality and totally balanced for HON gameplay.

- Balanar (already installed in standard 3.5 version)
- Drow Ranger (already installed in standard 3.5 version)

Additionally you get 5 new HON heroes who won the DREAM S2 fan contest.

NOTE: In order to see and use the Dota heroes you must check the "custom heroes" box when creating the game.
After installing this pack all the heroes slots are used. Some Dota Heroes have new names to reflect their model but always have the same skills as Dota.

Important: If you don't have it already, before installing this pack you will need to download Ifrit's 3.5 lite from here:

This pack was tested and made for that version only, since it is the most stable and balanced on the net at this moment.

Installation:
- Just move the "resources001.s2z" file to you "hon/game" Folder.
- Also move the "honDT35.exe" file to you hon folder and use run the game from that when playing online/tunngle. (this way you will only be able to play with players with the Dota Pack installed).

Unistallation:
- Just delete the "resources001.s2z" and "honDT35.exe" files.

Stand alone pack for UCE 3.5 Lite Changelog:

Admiral:
Skill4: Cooldown from 100 sec. to 90 sec. (as in Dota's Latest Version)

Broodmother:
Added new model and skin from alt-Arachna

Ursa Warrior:
Skill 1: Fixed an old bug that was making his scream take longer than intended,
now is the same as in dota.

Doombringer:
Skill 1: Damage is based on Doombringer's strength again, it does 50,100,150,200 magic damage + 0.5,1,1.5,2 X of his current strength.
Skill 2: Rescaled the cast distance from 700 on all levels to 600,700,800,900.

Dragon Knight:
Skill 3: Health regen from 1,2,3,4 to 2,3,4,5 (Like in dota's latest version).

Demon Slayer:
Nerfed Ultimate critical multiplier fom "2.0,3.0,4.0" to "2.0,2.5,3.0" (a lot less than in Dota)
Nerfed Skill 1's (Dagger) range from: 1050 (all levels) to "700,800,900,1000"
Nerfed Skill 1's (Dagger) Damage from 80,120,160,200 to 40,80,120,160.

Total Remake of Spectre:
- Skill 1: Increased movespeed, gives armor and damage aura but spectre is unable to attack, last a few seconds
- Skill 2: Life steal that only cancels when runs out or enemy is out of range.
- Skill 3: Pasive wich gives the spectre attackspeed and damage based on his remaining mana pool.
- Skill 4: Like Rampage's old Ulti.

Harbinger:
Skill 4: Reduced ulti's radius by 50.

Partial Remake of Sith Lord
- He no longer has a Slow aura, he now has a splash damage with slow like Jeraziah's Old skill.

Removed Leoric, replaced by Dampeer.
Removed Centaur, replaced by Moraxus.

Suffled some heroes so that all the slots are used.

3.0 Lite Changelog:

Added new hero: Obsidian Destroyer.

Undying King (Leoric)
-Buffed Skill 1 (Now does a small damage over time after a small stun and slows enemies by 15% for the duration (4sec) (Like Latest Dota).
-Buffed Skill 2 (Increased Life Steal to 10,15,20,25%) (Like Latest Dota)
-Reincarnation manacost increased from 100 to 140. (Like Latest Dota)

Demon Slayer
-Nerfed Skill 1 (Dagger) range from 1200 to 1050
-Nerfed Skill 2 (Blink Strike) range from 700,800,900,1000 to 600,700,800,900.
-Nerfed Skill 3 retribution damage from 100,125,150,175 to 60,90,120,150.

Jedi Knight
-Nerfed Skill 2: Movespeed reduced from 4,8,12,16% to 4,6,8,10%
-Nerfed Skill 3:
Attack speed from 15,20,25,30% to 10,15,20,25%
Chance of mini stun from 10,15,20,25% to 5,10,15,20%,
Reduced mini stun duration from 0,2 sec. to 0.1 sec.
Mini Stun aditional damage from 30,40,50,60 to 20,25,30,35.

Sith Lord
-Nerfed skill 3 aura range from 500 to 450.

Nightstalker
-Base damage increased by 10
-Crippling Fear's miss chance from 10/20/30/40% to 40% (At night)

Broodmother
-Armor decreased by 2

Omegatron (Tinker)
-Increased skill 2 proyectile speed by 15%

Note:

-Gladiator disabled because Huscar (Spartan) uses the same model and there is another Kunkka (Sea Titan)
-All heroes Slots are used.
-This version uses a Custom .Exe so players with other versions or who have modified this installer's files will not be able to connect on LAN or ONLINE play, this is to prevent crashes and sync problems.
Meaning: Only players with this exact and unmodified version will be able to connect to each other.
-If you have slow performance and/or experience a "can not buy items bug" you will need to delete the "heroes of newerth" folder located in "my documents", don't forget to reconfig your graphics and keys afterwards.
-It is recomended to have the latest directX drivers, latest video card drivers and latests microsoft Visual c++ drivers intalled.
-Tested with Windows 7 64Bit and Windows XP 32 Bits.
-This game can be played online with Hamachi, Tunngle and Garena.

No problem bro, your version is the best and we will always support it in any way posible, and my way is by making Stand Alone Dota Heroes for it =)

By the way, we are also playing on tunngle now, your version is becoming very popular because it is very stable...

My internet connection is not so good but if you show yourself arround we can play a match!

Yay, a DotA version :) I was working on a DotA hero pack for home use mostly, plus ifrit did a LOT of great work on some DotA heroes, so PM him about the fixes.
I just want to mention that Omega is still bugged, has no channel time on the ulti, and he's not really the same as the Tinker. And could you please upload or PM me the bacground on the Main Menu, I love it :D Cheers!

Thanks Antaig, I actually worked the most on fixing the unbalanced heroes but I will give old tinker a look, I know omega is not the same but at least he has some of the tinker spirit =)

hello guys can we use this version hon uce 3.5 lite edition by ifrit in lan games is this stable i mean right now were using hon 2.3.2 and so far its good but we cant understand the description coz its spanish (i dont know) and sometimes its crash pls help sir pureevil sir ifrit sir sordit tell me where i can download and whats the best were only playing lan games of hon

Hello Chaz, welcome!

First, I will try to do my best to describe your options since there is really no wrong choices since all version come from the same source.
There are 2 main versions:

Admin Reaper's version 2.3.2: It is the most popular, its creator is very talented and devoted to supporting and maintaining a the very nice and small HON LAN comunity. Sadly, his current version is known for having more stability issues than the other versions, maybe because the incremental patch scheme that it uses accumulates unused and redundant files or maybe because the new interface is not fully compatible with the old engine. Many players of this version have to shut down their sound in order to play with no crashes.

Ifrit's' HON LAN 3.5 Lite: Ifrit took the time to clean up and delete all the unused files and textures in this version, as well as bringing most fixes and changes to make his version as close to retail as possible. As a result this version is probably the most stable and with the best gameplay while lacking in the UI and graphics department.

As you see, both versions bring different things to the table. If you don't have stability and/or sound issues with Admin's version 2.3.2 then stay with it.
If you do have problems with that, then try Ifrit and see how it plays for you.
And... If you want more heroes to play with and specially if you are a fan of Dota then you can download my Dota Heroes Pack, but it was tested only in Ifrit's version.

Also, I don't know about version 2.3.2, but Ifrit's version is 100% in english.

I other words, just use ifrit's UCE Lite 3.5, this 2.3.2 is something like another version of that, but not as good.

i have one lan house whith 12 pc, and never crashed, i go post one full version avatar with some fix for pcs (directx,c++,and all updates need for no have crash) but for me never crash bucause my 12 pc have all fix for windows and games, and my updates need some experience for install, my next version 2.3.9 final is go be mor easy for install, you try play only my version 2.1.5 for see some crashes, because my version 2.1.5 is easy for instal. my next update is go for 2.1.5 for 2.3.9, because some plaeys with very hard dificult for install perfect my version.

obs:only myrmidom have need fix textures for first and 2 skill.
