solved... its about my antivir app act like fckin disabler.. plz clse this thread, thank :) ............

well leave it here incase anyone else also gets the same error as you did and then will know how to solve it

i think it just needs to be moved to the proper bugreport section

Right Click - Run as Administrator..
Apparently thats different from the popup asking Admin rights.. just do it and report back here.

haha i have tried same as nican said, about administrator previledge, xp compatibility but not work... so i asked here... >_< fortunately its only about antivirus that blocking the installation
