Pandamonium

Hi there, i played the hon lan sordit v 1.33...but Pandamonium skill 2 & 4 didn't work. i can't aim the skill to the target heroes, and also scout's skill 4 didn't work to.....Is it a bug?

EDIT BY SORDIT: You do not use the latest version or missing the hotfix.
