Item - Hachet / Devourer #1 Skill

item doesnt work at all :(

damage to creeps doesnt change..

Devourer first skill is supposed to go back to devourer curret position, thus being able to hit ppl from a weird angle and so on , when i cast it and move it goes back where i was not where i am.

btw tried deadwood with his bonus dmg ability #2 , doesnt add dmg :(
should check that towards all heroes.
