works quite fine for me !

the dot is there
and you get extra dmg for 40% of health lossed

pls check before youre gonna post something

uhm, does the effect only applies on heroes not on crypts?

yes it should only effect heroes
if iremember remember correctly.

The official HoN files i have says it too
