In order:
-Steamboots.
-Fire,then Frostburn.
-Nullfire Blade or Nullstone.
-Nullstone or Nullfire Blade.


Late game Items:
-Wingbow.
-Rifshards.

Spells:
1 level to the cloud,one level to the backstab, and focus on the pounce.
Then up Backstab and finally, the cloud.
Or if u play a support NH, up the cloud first.

I prefer Window over these Null items, because the Nullstone is just usefull if you got less than 3 single target stunns. If other team got more the stone wont help and also if the single targetstun is a ulti the stone also wont help. But the wingbow gives you superior damage and a bit evasion which makes you very strong.

That's why I said Wingbow for Late game items^^
